AIS has been providing staff augmentation services in support of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) missions since 2010. We have successfully provided some of the most demanding and specialized skill sets in the world.
AIS supports our Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) customer with Supplemental Labor Personnel. Services include managing and recruiting supplemental labor at LLNL, which comprises exempt and non-exempt job classifications, many of which are highly technical and require individuals with advanced degrees and significant research and development experience. AIS serves the many LLNL directorates by effectively recruiting, managing, and retaining a large, diverse workforce, all within the confines of a highly-classified and sensitive work environment. While most positions are of a scientific or administrative nature, AIS also supports LLNL’s initiative of employing developmentally disabled individuals.
We rapidly respond to both small and large contracts, including those with exempt and non-exempt job classifications. Many of our classifications are highly technical and require individuals with advanced degrees and significant research and development experience within highly classified and sensitive work environments.
AIS supports our Sandia Corporation customer with contract associates (CAs) on an on-call, as needed basis. CAs perform both classified and unclassified work at primary and leased Sandia National Laboratories locations. Services include managing and recruiting, filling requirements for both exempt and non-exempt job classifications, and onboarding of personnel. AIS employs a highly-diverse workforce across multiple SNL directorates.
AIS recently completed over 1,000,000 man-hours of work at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory without a loss-time incident. Our comprehensive safety program meets or exceeds the 10 CFR 851 requirements.
