Akima Infrastructure Services, LLC, (AIS) one of 10 operating companies under the Akima Management Services, LLC, umbrella. A small disadvantaged business, certified 8(a) by U.S. Small Business Administration, AIS focuses on improving human and organizational performance, with emphasis on applying design and technology to administrative support services and learning systems, and providing cost-effective training system solutions tailored to address specific training requirements.

AIS’s training development and delivery services address customer-specific needs, provide qualified staff, and employ multiple technologies to provide quality learning. We understand adult learning theory and best practices, civilian and military instructional development processes and procedures, and application of contemporary and emerging education and training support technologies. We have a team of Army training development professionals with U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Computer Based Instructional Development, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and Army Training Support Center (ATSC) experience.
